The ideal candidate will create a positive, engaging, and student-centered classroom environment that supports the academic, social, and emotional development of young learners.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the school curriculumTeach core subjects such as English, Mathematics, and Science(as applicable)Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environmentMonitor and assess student progress, maintaining accurate recordsDifferentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learnersEstablish strong relationships with students, parents, and colleaguesManage classroom behavior effectively and promote positive disciplineParticipate in school activities, meetings, and professional development sessionsPrepare reports and provide regular feedback to parentsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Education or a related fieldTeaching qualification/license (preferred) for ex; PGCE.Proven experience teaching at the elementary levelStrong classroom management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to integrate technology into teaching and learning
