Home School Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home School Teacher to provide personalized instruction to a student or small group of students in a home-based setting. The ideal candidate will design and implement a tailored curriculum that meets state educational standards while supporting the unique learning pace and style of each student.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging daily lessons across core subjects (e.g. Math, English, Science, History) and electives as neededCreate and adapt lesson plans based on the student's academic level, learning style and progressAssess student performance through tests, assignments and projectsMaintain detailed records of attendance, grades and academic progressEncourage critical thinking, creativity and a love of learningCommunicate regularly with parents/guardians on student developmentIntegrate educational technology and hands-on activitiesEnsure a structured yet flexible learning environmentStay updated on educational best practices and local/state homeschooling regulationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's preferred)Valid teaching certification (preferred but not always required)Minimum 2 years of teaching or tutoring experienceStrong knowledge of curriculum development and individualized instructionExcellent communication, organizational and time-management skillsPatient, adaptable and enthusiastic about teachingBackground check and references required#J-18808-Ljbffr
