Home Health Nurse

<div><p>We are seeking a compassionate and experienced<b>Homecare Nurse</b>to provide professional nursing care for elderly patient for VVIP family. This role involves delivering personalized medical care, supporting daily living activities, and ensuring seniors live with comfort, dignity, and safety.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide skilled nursing care to elderly patients, including medication administration, wound care, vital signs monitoring, and management of chronic illnesses.</li><li>Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans tailored to each senior’s needs.</li><li>Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and medication reminders.</li><li>Educate patients and their families on healthcare management, preventive care, and lifestyle adjustments.</li><li>Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records and reports in compliance with healthcare regulations.</li><li>Monitor patients’ physical and emotional wellbeing, providing companionship and support.</li><li>Respond promptly to emergencies, ensuring patient safety at all times.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Valid Nursing License (DHA, HAAD, or MOHAP as applicable).</li><li>Minimum<b>2 years of nursing experience</b>, preferably in geriatrics, homecare, or hospice.</li><li>Knowledge of geriatric health issues such as dementia, diabetes, hypertension, and mobility limitations.</li><li>Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage patient care with professionalism.</li><li>Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Life Support (ACLS) preferred.</li><li>Competitive salary with allowances (housing, transportation, etc.).</li><li><b>Visa sponsorship provided</b></li><li>Health insurance coverage.</li><li>Other company benefits.</li><li>Supportive and culturally sensitive work environment.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
