Job Description Role Overview: As a Home Care Nurse at Home Care in Kolkata, you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate and dedicated nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Your primary responsibility will be to provide professional medical assistance, maintain high standards of hygiene, and offer emotional support to patients. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver professional nursing care to patients in their homes - Ensure a high standard of medical assistance, including administering medications and treatments - Maintain hygiene standards to prevent infections and promote healing - Provide emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients - Keep accurate and detailed medical records of patient care - Stay updated on the latest healthcare practices and technologies to enhance patient care Qualifications Required: - Completed ANM, GNM, or B.Sc Nursing - Minimum of 1+ years of nursing experience preferred - Compassionate and dedicated attitude towards patient care - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team Please note: This job is a full-time position based in Kolkata, West Bengal. The salary range is between 15,000 to 35,000 per month, depending on experience.
