Job Description As the Head of HNI Broking at Anand Rathi Group, your role will involve managing a team of HNI-Relationship Managers and acquiring high-value relationships with HNI and Ultra HNI clients in the Equity segment. Your main responsibilities will include: - Managing large trader clients and acquiring big-ticket size clients - Retaining and enhancing advisory relationships with HNI clients - Generating revenue from new clients - Executing cross-sell efforts in line with the organization's focus - Keeping yourself updated on financial markets and advisory products/services Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduate/PG/MBA from a reputed institute or graduate from a good college - Minimum 8 to 16 years of experience in handling HNI relationships and sales of big HNI clients/trader clients in stockbroking companies - Experience in handling HNI client acquisitions and relationship management - Candidates from broking/wealth/PCG backgrounds with a good vintage in their present and previous companies are preferred - Candidates should have a minimum revenue of Rs 10 lakhs per month The company, Anand Rathi Group, is one of India's fastest-growing full-service securities firms offering services in wealth management, investment banking, corporate finance & advisory, brokerage & distribution in equities, commodities, mutual funds, and insurance.
