Hiring for Bartender to work in UAE.

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining bar cleanliness, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The role requires strong mixology skills, product knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Prepare, mix, and serve beverages including cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and specialty drinks.Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide personalized service.Ensure beverage recipes, garnishing standards, and presentation guidelines are followed.Maintain bar cleanliness, including counters, glassware, utensils, and equipment.Monitor stock levels of beverages, garnishes, ice, and bar supplies; assist with inventory and requisitions.Process payments using POS systems, issue bills, and handle cash / card transactions responsibly.Maintain knowledge of bar menu, signature drinks, seasonal specials, and beverage promotions.Ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.Handle guest complaints politely and provide quick solutions or expedite when required.Restock bar shelves, refill side stations, and rotate stock according to FIFO standards.Prepare pre-mix batches, syrups, and garnishes as part of mise-en-place.Work closely with bar team and service staff to ensure smooth operation.RequirementsProven experience as a bartender or bar steward (hotel, restaurant, lounge, or nightlife environment preferred).Strong mixology knowledge, including classic cocktails, modern drinks, and beverage pairings.Familiarity with bar tools, glassware, and equipment operation.Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain speed with accuracy.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP practices.Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.Well-groomed, professional appearance.BenefitsSalary : Negotiable (Open)Accommodation : Not provided; an allowance will be offeredLocation Requirement : Candidates must be locally available in the UAE for a face-to-face interview and trial.#J-18808-Ljbffr
