Your expertise in highend cuisine will be essential in delivering exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.Responsibilities: Develop and execute upscale menus tailored for highend banquets and events. Oversee all aspects of food preparation and presentation to meet the highest standards. Manage kitchen operations including staff training scheduling and inventory management. Work closely with event coordinators to ensure successful event execution. Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Innovate and create new culinary concepts to enhance the banquet dining experience. Monitor food costs and manage budgets effectively. Requirements Proven experience as a Banquet Chef or similar role in a highend catering environment. Strong culinary skills with a focus on upscale cuisine and presentation. Excellent leadership abilities and experience managing a diverse kitchen team. Ability to thrive in a highpressure fastpaced environment. Strong organizational time management and communication skills. A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
