Fresh Fruit & Vegetable Market a key hub in the FMCG and food distribution sector. This role is essential to maintaining the smooth efficient and hygienic operation of our daily market activities. As a Helper you will play a vital part in supporting the loading unloading sorting and organizing of fresh produce ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards. The position offers a valuable entry point into the fast-paced FMCG and food supply chain industry with opportunities for growth and development within a reputable organization. You will work in a fast-moving environment that values teamwork punctuality and a strong work ethic contributing directly to the seamless flow of fresh goods from suppliers to retailers.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the unloading and loading of fresh fruits, vegetables and other perishable goods from delivery vehicles.Sort categorize and organize produce according to type, quality and destination.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in storage areas, loading docks and workspaces.Support warehouse and market staff in setting up and dismantling stalls and display areas.Handle and transport goods using manual and basic equipment (e.g. trolleys, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors.Follow all health safety and sanitation protocols in compliance with industry and company standards.Respond promptly to operational needs and support team members during peak hours.Adhere to duty hours and attendance policies demonstrating reliability and commitment.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent qualification.No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.Physical stamina and ability to stand, lift and move heavy loads (up to 25 kg) for extended periods.Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.Basic understanding of hygiene and safety practices in food handling.Willingness to work 10‑hour shifts including weekends as per operational needs.Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.Valid UAE residence visa or eligibility to work in the UAE (sponsorship may be provided).BenefitsLocation: Dubai Fresh Fruit & Vegetable MarketSalary: AED 1350Accommodation Allowance AED 400 (paid by company)Location - DubaiDuty Hours: 10 hours per dayWeekly Off: 1 day (as per company policy)#J-18808-Ljbffr
