Helpdesk and CAFM Coordinator

OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CAFM Operator (Arabic Speaker) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and updating the Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system, ensuring accurate data entry, work order tracking, and effective coordination between maintenance teams and clients. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain the CAFM system on a daily basisLog, assign, and track work orders and service requestsEnsure accurate data entry of assets, PPM schedules, and maintenance recordsGenerate reports related to maintenance activities and system performanceCoordinate with maintenance teams, supervisors, and clientsMonitor SLA compliance and update job status accordinglyMaintain proper documentation and system recordsProvide administrative support to the facilities management teamRequirementsProven experience working with CAFM systemsMinimum 2 years of experience in facilities management or related fieldFluent in Arabic (spoken and written) and good command of EnglishStrong computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel)Good communication and coordination skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines#J-18808-Ljbffr
