Help Desk Technician

We are looking for a proactive Help Desk Technician to provide first-level IT support. The candidate must be currently residing in Bahrain and ready to join immediately. Responsibilities: Provide first-level support to end users via phone, email, remote tools, and in-person. Log, track, and resolve
