The Group operates through multiple business units and subsidiaries, delivering integrated solutions supported by strong operational expertise and a well‑established regional presence.Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and reliable Heavy Earthmoving Machinery & Equipment supervisor to oversee the operation, allocation, and performance of heavy equipment on‑site. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant machine usage while coordinating with operators and maintenance teams to maintain smooth daily operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate machinery when required to support site operations.Supervise machine operators and monitor performance to ensure efficiency, productivity, and safety.Manage the movement, allocation, and optimal utilization of machinery across the site.Ensure all machinery operations comply with HSE regulations and company safety policies.Conduct routine site inspections to verify correct and safe use of equipment.Identify and report technical issues promptly to the workshop or maintenance team.Coordinate with maintenance teams regarding preventive maintenance schedules and repairs.Prepare, maintain, and submit accurate daily reports related to equipment usage, condition, and operator performance.Maintain proper records for machinery operation, inspections, and incidents.Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 5 years of experience in the KSA market in a similar supervisory role.Strong knowledge of heavy earthmoving equipment Eg.(Excavator, Bulldozer, Articulated Dump Truck, Roller, Wheel Loader) operations and safety regulations.Good communication skills in English and Arabic is an added advantage.Proven ability to lead, supervise, and coordinate machinery operators effectively.Familiarity with preventive maintenance schedules and basic troubleshooting.Strong organizational skills with attention to reporting and record‑keeping.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple equipment resources efficiently.#J-18808-Ljbffr
