This role will provide comprehensive exposure to our healthcare clients as well as product knowledge and research.Essential FunctionsCompletes tasks under the direction of leadershipWorking knowledge of Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint.Seeks and receives mentoring from senior-level and regional leadership as needed to ensure accuracy and flow of work through the team.Ability to visit clients and healthcare facilities within the UAE.Provide guidance and recommendations to Healthcare customers on possible solutions we offer.Involve specialist sales resources where relevant against specific opportunities.Maintain good working relationships with local dealer personnel maintaining competence and commitment to MillerKnoll Group brand products.Provide field training for dealer sales personnel in product and positional skills.Participate in induction training for new personnel and new product training.Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.Minimum RequirementUniversity level study complete or in progressMust participate in daily collaboration and communicate struggles and opportunities clearly and conciselyBasic understanding of how decisions impact business resultsPersonal ProfileExperience & CompetenciesGood communicator both verbally and in written formWell organised with good time management skillsMust enjoy team work but also be self motivated and able to work alone and be self sufficientGood networking skillsMust be flexible to work from the office or home and undertake travel throughout the UAEMust be highly literate in the use of IT systemsMust be numerate in the preparation of quotations and forecast information.Must be culturally aware and have travelled extensivelyStrong presentation skillsQuick learnerAble to show initiative and creativityCharacteristicsHigh teamwork abilityMethodical and hard working.Emotional intelligence: interpersonal skills sociable mature confident diplomatic and amiableSelf-motivated self-sufficient and energeticWho We HireSimply put we hire qualified applicants representing a wide range of backgrounds and abilities.
