Job Description As a Healthcare Recruiter focusing on Physical Therapy, your role will involve sourcing, screening, and placing Physical Therapists and other allied healthcare professionals in various healthcare settings such as hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers. Key Responsibilities: - Source and recruit Physical Therapists (PT), PT Assistants (PTA), and allied health professionals - Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and evaluations - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing to final placement - Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients - Verify licenses, certifications, and credentials of healthcare candidates - Coordinate interviews between candidates and healthcare facilities - Maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools for future placements - Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring regulations - Negotiate offers and oversee the onboarding processes - Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in the ATS Required Qualifications: - Prior experience in recruiting Physical Therapists or allied healthcare professionals - Profound understanding of healthcare staffing requirements and licensing procedures - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Recruiter tools, and job boards - Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities - Capability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously Preferred Qualifications: - Background in travel healthcare staffing - Knowledge of state licensing requirements for Physical Therapists - Previous experience in recruiting for hospitals, clinics, or rehabilitation centers If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them here.
