We are a dynamic, expanding company with exciting opportunities in language/culture, training/education/instruction, IT, cyber security, and intelligence (analysts, CI, HUMINT, SIGINT, etc.).We are seeking aHealthcare Facility Managerfor a position at Al‑Udeid Air Base in Qatar.As the Healthcare Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of healthcare facilities at Al Udeid Air Base. This role oversees facility maintenance, infrastructure systems, regulatory compliance, and coordination with clinical leadership to ensure a safe, functional, and mission‑ready healthcare environment supporting military and authorized personnel.RequirementsESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSFacility Operations & MaintenanceManage day‑to‑day operations of healthcare facilities, including clinics, medical treatment areas, and support spacesOversee preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, medical gas, fire protection)Ensure rapid response to facility issues that may impact patient care or mission readinessCoordinate with base civil engineering, contractors, and vendors for repairs and upgradesRegulatory Compliance & SafetyEnsure compliance with applicable Department of Defense (Do D), Defense Health Agency (DHA), host‑nation regulations, and recognized healthcare standards (e.g., NFPA, Joint Commission‑aligned requirements as applicable)Maintain life‑safety systems and documentation, including inspections, testing, and drillsSupport infection prevention and environmental safety programs in coordination with clinical staffParticipate in emergency preparedness, mass casualty, and contingency planningProject & Asset ManagementManage facility‑related projects, renovations, and space planning initiativesOversee equipment and infrastructure asset tracking, lifecycle planning, and replacement schedulesReview technical drawings, scopes of work, and contractor deliverables for accuracy and complianceLeadership & CoordinationSupervise facilities staff and/or contracted personnelCollaborate closely with healthcare leadership, logistics, safety, and security teamsPrepare reports, metrics, and briefings on facility performance, risks, and improvement plansBudget & AdministrationAssist with budgeting, cost control, and forecasting for facility operations and capital improvementsEnsure proper documentation within CMMS or other facility management systemsSupport audits, inspections, and command‑level reviewsEDUCATION & EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum of 5‑7 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in healthcare or mission‑critical environmentsHFM (Hospital Facility Management) training/certification requiredStrong knowledge of building systems, life‑safety requirements, and healthcare facility operationsExperience working in secure, remote, or overseas environmentsADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTSMust possess a valid U. S. Driver’s LicensePossess a valid U. S.
