Healthcare Associate

Our client is a global asset manager building a healthcare platform across emerging markets. The role supports full‑cycle execution of hospital investments and partnerships, from analysis and structuring through to on‑the‑ground delivery. Dubai‑based with significant travel; lean, high‑ownership environment.Responsibilities:Support senior team on multi‑jurisdiction healthcare transactions from evaluation to closeBuild and maintain financial models and feasibility studies for greenfield hospital projectsPrepare investment materials, assist with term sheets and shareholder agreement processesCoordinate due diligence across legal, commercial and regulatory workstreamsLiaise with law firms, advisors and local equity partners to progress documentationMaintain disciplined project management, tracking actions, timelines and dependenciesContribute to capital raising with detailed analysis, data rooms and investor materialsPrepare board and partner materials; manage regular reporting deliverablesTravel for extended periods in‑country to support negotiations and implementationWork with operations on business plans, performance tracking and target settingRequirements:4–7 years in investment banking or 4–5 years at a top‑tier strategy consultancyHealthcare exposure strongly preferred (provider/hospital, pharma or healthcare coverage)Advanced financial modelling, valuation and feasibility analysis skillsExperience of complex, multi‑party and cross‑border transactionsFamiliarity with legal documentation and shareholder agreementsWilling and able to relocate to Dubai; extensive travel across emerging marketsComfortable operating in a lean team without large support infrastructureEntrepreneurial mindset; thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous settingsCultural adaptability and resilience; builds relationships across diverse stakeholders#J-18808-Ljbffr
