Occupational Health&Safety</h3><ul><li><b>Risk Assessment:</b>Conduct regular Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for production lines, focusing on lockout/tagout (LOTO), machine guarding, and ergonomics.</li><li><b>Incident Investigation:</b>Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) for any near-misses or accidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.</li><li><b>Training:</b>Design and deliver safety induction programs for new hires and specialized training (e.g., forklift safety, chemical spill response) for existing staff.</li></ul><h3>2. Food Safety&Hygiene Integration</h3><ul><li><b>Cross-Functional Compliance:</b>Ensure that HSE protocols do not compromise food safety standards (e.g., ensuring PPE is "food-grade" and doesn't pose a physical contaminant risk).</li><li><b>Chemical Management:</b>Oversee the safe storage and handling of Clean-In-Place (CIP) chemicals and refrigerants (like Ammonia or $CO_2$).</li></ul><h3>3. Environmental&Sustainability</h3><ul><li><b>Waste Management:</b>Manage the disposal of organic waste, packaging materials, and hazardous chemicals in accordance with local environmental regulations.</li><li><b>Resource Conservation:</b>Monitor water usage and wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) efficiency to meet sustainability targets.</li></ul><h3>4.
