The HSE Officer will oversee workplace safety by implementing and enforcing safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with local and national safety standards. Responsibilities include monitoring on-site activities, delivering safety training, investigating incidents, and maintaining detailed documentation of all safety procedures. The role involves collaborating with project teams to identify potential hazards and developing mitigation strategies to ensure a secure work environment.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Proficiency in Health and Safety regulations, risk assessments, and safety auditing.</li><li>Practical experience in incident investigation and reporting.</li><li>Ability to create and deliver engaging safety training programs.</li><li>Strong communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and addressing safety concerns.</li><li>Knowledge of workplace hazard identification and mitigation strategies.</li><li>Organizational skills to manage safety documentation and compliance records.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.</li><li>Certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are highly desirable.</li><li>Experience in construction or a similar industry and familiarity with Saudi laws and regulations is a plus.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
