<div><h3>Company</h3><p><b>Company:</b>AICC</p><h3>Reporting to</h3><p><b>Reporting to:</b>Health Underwriting Head</p><h3>Job Purpose</h3><p>The job purpose of a<b>Senior Policy Administration Assistant Manager</b>is to oversee the development, implementation, evaluation, and supervision of health policies and programs within the Insurance Company. This role involves policy‑making processes to ensure that health initiatives are evidence‑based, in line with regulatory rules and regulations, and effectively managed.</p><h3>Areas of Contribution and Related Responsibilities</h3><h3>Operational Involvement</h3><ul><li>Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the insurance department, delegation of work, and ensuring work is completed accurately and within established timelines.</li><li>Developing and implementing departmental policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.</li><li>Reviews and updates insurance policies for clients on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Ensuring that all insurance certificates are compliant with applicable statutes and regulations.</li><li>Reporting and Documentation.</li><li>Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess policy effectiveness.</li><li>Create and maintain reports, metrics, and performance indicators to assess departmental performance and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in regulations to provide guidance and ensure compliance.</li></ul><h3>Compliance&Risk Management</h3><ul><li>Abides by and continuously monitors the implementation of risk and compliance requirements and their implementations to ensure company information is protected and threats are controlled.</li></ul><h3>Customer Relationship Management</h3><ul><li>Follows up regularly on clients’ inquiries and requests and ensures those are promptly catered for to ensure quality excellence and efficient service provision.</li></ul><h3>Report Development&Documentation</h3><ul><li>Provides accurately all required updated data for reporting purposes as per standards to support sound decision‑making.</li></ul><h3>Policies and Procedures</h3><ul><li>Strictly abides by AICC's policies and procedures to ensure risk‑free process and error‑free outcomes.</li></ul><h3>Communications and Working Relationships</h3><p>Regularly communicates with concerned internal and external parties, using proficient oral and written communication to fulfill his duties and to ensure process efficiency.</p><h3>Framework, Boundaries, and Decision-Making Authority</h3><p>The job is subject to standardized work routines, practices, and procedures with fairly general and well‑communicated work instructions. The job holder is expected to make routine decisions within his scope of responsibility and refer to direct supervision for guidance and updating.</p><h3>Education</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in years of experience.</li><li>IFCE Certification</li><li>Advanced courses and certifications in Insurance.</li></ul><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li>If a holder of a Technical Degree, two years of proven experience is necessary.</li></ul><h3>Knowledge, Skills&Abilities</h3><ul><li>Extensive knowledge of insurance industry concepts, practices, and procedures.</li><li>Ability to coach and develop team participation in goal setting, job enrichment, and work standards.</li><li>Decision‑making skills for problem identification and selection of alternative solutions.</li><li>Ability to communicate using written and spoken English.</li><li>Proficient in the use of Excel and Word.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
