It sources accommodation and destination services from travel suppliers, aggregates and merchandises that content in the WebBeds platform, then distributes it to its global network of travel trade buyers, who sell to the travelling public.Hotels and other suppliers—global and regional hotel chains, independent hotels, apartments, resorts, attractions, transfer and sightseeing companies and more—can sell their products to a global network of online and offline travel buyers through robust solutions that provide greater inventory control to simplify distribution, and leverage WebBeds enhanced analytics to inform inventory optimisation choices—saving costs and increasing revenue.Travel buyers—online travel agencies, retail travel agents, corporate travel managers, tour operators, wholesalers, tourism boards, super apps, DMC’s, group providers, airlines and more—can integrate the hundreds of thousands of hotels and ground services in the WebBeds marketplace through simple and seamless API connectivity, or they can search, shop and book online through one of WebBeds trade‑only booking sites.WebBeds operates globally through four geographic regions—Europe, Asia Pacific, MEA (Middle East and Africa) and Americas—with over 1,900 travel professionals working in 120 cities across 50 countries worldwide.Find out more about the WebBedsWebBeds is a travel brand of the Web Travel Group (ASX: WEB).How will you make an impact?We are seeking a proactive and open‑minded professional to support our Health & Safety programme by ensuring accommodation suppliers meet the company’s safety standards and industry best practices.Key Responsibilities:Conduct hotel risk assessments in line with recognised industry standards and WebBeds’ safety requirementsIdentify nonconformities and work collaboratively with hotel partners via email and phone to ensure timely resolutionManage the shared mailbox daily, prioritising and organising incoming communication efficientlyCollaborate with the Contracting/Purchasing teams regarding audit findings in accordance with company policy and proceduresEnsure all audit information, communication, and compliance documents are stored, recorded, and maintained according to relevant proceduresPerform any additional tasks reasonably requested by management.Required experience and knowledgeEducated to a degree level (preference will be given for studies in the fields of Hospitality and Tourism) or equivalent professional qualificationBackground or in‑depth knowledge of health and safety practices specific to the travel industry (e.g., tour operators, hotel operations)Fluency in English, both written and spokenProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as familiarity with email ticketing systemsDemonstrated experience managing and consolidating administrative tasks from multiple sourcesRequired skills and Behavioural:Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environmentProactive mindset with strong problem‑solving abilitiesComfortable navigating and using multiple systems simultaneouslyExcellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesAdaptability to changing daily operational requirements and proceduresStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFluency in additional languages is a plusWhy choose us as your next destination?We are super proud of our dedicated team of friendly, energetic & passionate professionals.
