<div><h3>Job Location - Riyadh</h3><p>The Head Strategic Corporate Business Development is responsible for identifying, developing, and executing cross-business growth opportunities that create new revenue streams and enhance synergies across the company’s business units.</p><p>The role focuses on<b>corporate-level strategic initiatives</b>, new business platforms, partnerships, and investments that support long-term growth and diversification. It works closely with executive leadership to drive expansion into new sectors, services, and markets.</p><p>This is a senior, executive-track position with exposure to board-level decision making.</p><h3>Core Mandate</h3><ul><li>Create<b>new revenue lines</b>across the group.</li><li>Identify and implement<b>cross-business synergies</b>.</li><li>Develop<b>new strategic platforms</b>and partnerships.</li><li>Support executive leadership on<b>corporate growth initiatives</b>.</li></ul><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>1) Corporate Growth Initiatives</h3><ul><li>Identify new business opportunities aligned with the company’s long-term vision.</li><li>Develop and launch new revenue platforms across multiple business units.</li><li>Lead feasibility and commercial assessments of new corporate initiatives.</li><li>Translate strategic priorities into executable business opportunities.</li></ul><h3>2) Cross-Business Synergy Development</h3><ul><li>Identify opportunities to create synergies between existing business units.</li><li>Develop integrated solutions that combine capabilities across divisions.</li><li>Coordinate with business unit leaders to implement synergy initiatives.</li><li>Track and report synergy value creation.</li></ul><h3>3) New Business Line&Platform Development</h3><ul><li>Identify emerging sectors, technologies, and service models.</li><li>Develop commercial models for new business lines.</li><li>Lead the creation of new corporate platforms or verticals.</li><li>Support the launch and early-stage growth of new ventures.</li></ul><h3>4) Strategic Partnerships&Alliances</h3><ul><li>Identify and engage with global partners, technology providers, and investors.</li><li>Structure strategic alliances, joint ventures, or co-development models.</li><li>Support executive-level negotiations and relationship management.</li><li>Ensure partnerships generate measurable revenue and strategic value.</li></ul><h3>5) Strategic Investments&M&A</h3><ul><li>Identify acquisition and investment opportunities aligned with corporate growth platforms.</li><li>Develop business cases, financial models, and valuation analyses.</li><li>Support due diligence and transaction structuring.</li><li>Assist executive leadership in investment decisions.</li></ul><h3>6) Executive-Level Business Development</h3><ul><li>Support CEO and senior leadership in developing strategic client relationships.</li><li>Identify long-term programs with key government and strategic clients.</li><li>Position the company as a strategic partner rather than a transactional contractor.</li></ul><h3>7) Corporate Opportunity Pipeline</h3><ul><li>Build and maintain a pipeline of corporate-level strategic opportunities.</li><li>Prioritize initiatives based on strategic fit and financial returns.</li><li>Present opportunities to executive leadership and the board.</li></ul><h3>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)</h3><ul><li>Revenue generated from new corporate business lines.</li><li>Value of cross-business synergy initiatives implemented.</li><li>Number and value of new strategic platforms launched.</li><li>Partnerships or joint ventures executed.</li><li>ROI/IRR of new corporate initiatives.</li><li>Contribution of new segments to total company revenue.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field.</li><li>MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred.</li></ul><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li>10–18 years of experience in: Corporate business development, Strategic planning and investment roles in Infrastructure, energy, industrial, or EPC sectors</li><li>Proven experience in: Launching new business lines, Cross-business or corporate initiatives and Strategic partnerships or investments</li></ul><h3>Key Competencies</h3><ul><li>Corporate-level strategic thinking.</li><li>Cross-business integration and synergy development.</li><li>New business platform creation.</li><li>Strong commercial and financial acumen.</li><li>Executive-level stakeholder management.</li><li>Investment analysis and business case development.</li></ul><h3>Leadership Attributes</h3><ul><li>Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset.</li><li>Strong executive presence and credibility.</li><li>High ownership and accountability.</li><li>Ability to work across multiple business units.</li><li>Results-driven with strong execution focus.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
