DescriptionRole : Head of Wealth Products Innovation and Digital AssetsLocation : Abu Dhabi Role Purpose: The Head of Wealth Platforms Innovation & Digital Assets is a senior business leader within the Wealth Management division responsible for driving the digital strategy platform enablement and commercial performance of all wealth platforms across Retail Private Banking and ADIB Securities. This role ensures that platforms are business-aligned and commercially driven supporting revenue growth client acquisition and product adoption through digital channels. The role partners closely with Technology Product and Segment teams while maintaining business ownership of platform outcomes including digital asset strategy innovation pipeline execution and channel penetration. Key Accountabilities of the role Platform Strategy & OwnershipLead the business ownership of platform capabilities and digital enablement across all wealth segments including Retail Private Banking and ADIB Securities. Ensure platforms are scalable secure and aligned with business needs and segment strategies.Business Ownership of Commercial OutcomesOwn and drive KPIs related to revenue generation asset growth and product penetration through digital wealth platforms across all segments including Retail Private Banking and ADIB Securities. Collaborate with product and segment owners to ensure digital channels are commercially optimized and contribute to overall business targets.Drive digital trading volumes to achieve growth/revenue targets thus ensuring all features related to brokerage operations systems are held to the highest standards.Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and implement client retention strategiesEnablement of Product & Service InnovationCollaborate closely with product owners and segment heads to ensure platforms support timely deployment of new wealth products and services. Embed agility in delivery frameworks to accelerate time-to-market and drive competitive advantage.Develop and execute direct banking / online trading strategies including implementing /enhancing the digital trading platform / capabilities expansion into new markets enhancement of product offerings and service capabilitiesMonitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threatsSpearhead operational and business relationships with 3rd party correspondent brokerage firms and custodians to deliver best in class products suited to clients.Commence and lead the business analysis function within ADIB Securities to drive sales based on analytics and data.Digital Assets & Emerging TechnologyDevelop digital assets strategy and implementation plan for the business including development of product offerings and capabilities identifying used cases for market roll out and adherence to regulatory requirements.Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure robust and scalable digital asset management platforms.Drive the adoption of blockchain technology to enhance ADIBs digital assets capabilitiesIdentify emerging trends in the digital assets space and assess their potential for the business.Oversee the lifecycle management of digital assets from acquisition to storage trading and divestment.Monitor changes in regulatory environments affecting digital assets and proactively update policies.Serve as the primary point of contact for digital asset matters working closely with executives and key stakeholders.Provide regular reports and updates on the status and performance of digital assets.Leadership & GovernanceProvide strategic oversight to direct reports fostering a high-performance delivery-oriented culture.
