The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the station's operations, including programming, advertising, and personnel management. This position is open to candidates of all nationalities, with a preference for Indian or Malayalee individuals.Responsibilities:Develop and implement programming strategies to attract and retain listenersManage advertising sales and partnershipsSupervise and mentor radio station staffOversee budgeting and financial operationsEnsure compliance with broadcasting regulationsStay up-to-date with industry trends and recommend improvementsRequirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in radio broadcasting or media managementStrong leadership skills and team management abilitiesExcellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plusKnowledge of Indian/Malayalee culture and music preferencesExperience with budgeting and financial managementAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentThis is a full-time position that includes accommodation.
