Head of the radio station vacancy in El-Fujairah UAERadio Station Manager (Malayalee)We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radio Station Manager to oversee the operations of our radio station in El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Malayalee, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the station, ensuring high-quality programming, and maintaining strong relationships with listeners and advertisers.ResponsibilitiesManage and lead a team of radio presenters, producers, and support staffDevelop and implement programming strategies to attract and retain listenersCollaborate with sales teams to generate revenue through advertising salesOversee budgeting and financial planning for the stationEnsure compliance with broadcasting regulations and company policiesStay updated on industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for growthMaintain strong relationships with listeners, advertisers, and industry professionalsQualificationsFluency in Malayalam (spoken) is preferred but not requiredProven experience as a Radio Station Manager or similar role in the media industryIn-depth knowledge of radio broadcasting techniques, audience demographics, and market trendsExcellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse teamStrong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with listeners, clients, and employees from different backgroundsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree in Mass Communication or a related field is preferredDetailsThis is a part-time position without accommodation.
