Head of Technology - Personal & Islamic Banking

Overall objectivesThe Head of Technology Personal and Islamic Banking is responsible for leading the strategic and operational technology agenda for the Personal and Islamic Banking domain. This role ensures the delivery of innovative secure and scalable solutions that align with business goals regulatory customer experience inline with the Group Technology reference architecture. The incumbent will drive transformation enhance customer experience and ensure technology platforms support business growth and compliance with Shariah principles.Job scopeRole specific responsibilitiesDefine and execute the technology roadmap for Personal and Islamic Banking in alignment with reference architecture and business strategyLead the design development and deployment of Personal and Islamic productsCollaborate with product operations and compliance teams to deliver seamless and compliant customer journeysOversee the modernization of legacy systems and migration to cloud-native architectures where applicableMonitor and manage technology budgets vendor contracts and service level agreements (SLAs).General functional responsibilitiesProvide leadership and direction to technology teams supporting Personal and Islamic BankingEnsure robust IT governance risk management and compliance with internal and external regulations.Champion a culture of innovation agility and continuous improvement within the technology functionFoster collaboration with enterprise architecture security infrastructure and other IT domains.Track and report on key scoreboards indicators (KPIs) including Audit and RISK items.QualificationsCore competencies requiredExp Overall : 15 Years Banking 10 YearsStrategic Thinking & Vision: Ability to align technology strategy with business objectives and anticipate future trends.Leadership & People Management: Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams mentoring talent and fostering a high-performance cultureTransformation Expertise: Deep understanding of digital banking customer experience platforms and emerging fintech trends on Personal & IslamicIslamic Banking Knowledge: Familiarity with Shariah-compliant banking principles and their technological implicationsStakeholder Management: Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business leaders regulators and vendorsRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
