Head of Steel Factory

OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Steel Factory for a client in Saudi Arabia to oversee the daily operations of their steel manufacturing plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all production processes are running smoothly, efficiently, and safely. They will also be responsible for leading a team of production managers, supervisors, and operators to achieve company goals and objectives.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies to improve production processes and increase efficiencyEnsure that production targets are met, and quality standards are maintainedManage and optimize the use of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity and minimize wasteDevelop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholdersEnsure that the factory complies with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulationsLead and motivate a team of managers, supervisors, and operators to achieve company goals and objectivesIdentify new business opportunities and potential markets for the company's productsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyaltyIdentify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase the factory's efficiency and profitabilityMonitor and report on factory performance, including production volumes, quality, and costsPrepare and manage the factory's budget and ensure that all expenses are within budgeted limitsQualificationsAt least 10 years of experience in a leadership position within a steel manufacturing plantStrong technical knowledge of steel production and manufacturing processesSolid Commercial and Business Development backgroundProven track record of achieving production targets and improving efficiencyExcellent leadership and management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesKnowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to steel manufacturingStrong problem-solving and analytical skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
