Job Description Role Overview: You will lead and support Service Delivery to ensure the Network Rollout (NRO) service delivery strategy and execution. Your primary responsibility will be resource management within the Market Area Service Line Build for all NRO & Project Management resources, with key objectives outlined below: Key Responsibilities: - Handle all resource management for all NRO & Project Management resources including FTE, ARP, ASP T&M, and SDU resources to fulfill business demand - Secure and deploy the requirement of resources for Build Management such as Implementation Manager, Quality and OHS leads, Ware house and Logistics leads, ASP leads as per forecast within each CU through Global Service centers / ASP partners - Drive NRO Automation & Lead action on Digital transformation by establishing Smart Digital Project Management Method and connected digital landscape to manage complexity, shorter lead time, with efficiency to drive successful projects - Drive Competence Management by providing training and driving knowledge transfer - Conduct Resource Management to maintain and achieve resource utilization and availability as per CU Requirements - Manage unit finance within your group - Ensure project deliverables are on track and undertake as one business Fulfillment assignment toward customer deliverable and internally as well - Support deployment programs and common structures. Identify and execute improvements within the global service delivery organization (SAGND / Service Line Build) / Create Project, Methods, and tools for all contracts - Streamline & Automate. Recognition and development for all key roles working on a project - Manage Financial Performance Management for all key projects - Define and execute strategic improvement programs (critical projects, cost of poor quality, savings) - Drive Internal/external PMO Governances - Analyze and adopt CPM offshore portfolios & methods per business needs - Actively promote Project Management as a service per MA/CU business priorities - Build Governance & Manage NRO Operation & Financial Performance Management for all key projects - Achieve Project on scope, time, cost. Focus on Order to Cash - Accelerate service delivery, efficiency, and performance within operations between the CU - India - Utilization - NRO Strategy and financial planning - Manage Full Potential Program for NRO Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in Telecoms or Business administration - 15+ years of experience in the Telecoms industry, 5+ years in NRO business aspects, and 5+ years in leading CPM office and extensive network deployments - Strong validated experience to maintain trust with all stakeholders, good understanding of Ericsson customer project management processes, and project financials - Broad experience in Ericsson internal processes, organization (both global and CUs) - Eye for business and Financial Understanding - Business insights & commercial thinking - Strong communication, organizing, planning, and negotiation skills - Excellent in coaching and mentoring Additional Details: We truly believe that by collaborating with people with different experiences we drive innovation, which is essential for our future growth.
