Joining I.P.P means your ideas matter, your development is supported, and you play a real role in shaping the future of packaging.ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage a team of six sales professionals, ensuring productivity, alignment, and continuous team development.Oversee daily team activities, track progress, and provide coaching and support to address challenges and drive performance.Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds sales targets for the UAE market.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, managing key UAE accounts and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.Develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies to expand presence, capture new opportunities, and strengthen I.P.P's competitive position.Monitor sales pipelines and forecasts, ensuring accurate reporting and timely decision-making.Identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities to support strategic growth initiatives.Represent I.P.P in client meetings, industry events, and market engagements as a senior commercial leader.RequirementsMinimum of 15 years of progressive sales experience within the flexible packaging industry, with a proven track record of driving growth in the UAE market.Demonstrated success in leading, developing, and performance-managing sales teams within a competitive, target-driven environment.Deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, market penetration, and strategic key account management.Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution capability, sound judgment, and a results-oriented mindset.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels internally and externally.Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, with strong commercial and strategic acumen.Strong English communication skills required; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.Apply today—our HR team will review your application and guide you through the next steps.Job DetailsJob code: EX-7ED1E86DJob type: Full-timeLocation: DubaiAbout the company: Integrated Plastics Packaging#J-18808-Ljbffr
