Our focus lies on delivering sophisticated trading and investment solutions to high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and institutional clients.To lead this expansion, we are looking for an experienced Head of Sales – Trading who can drive growth, build a high-performing sales team, and strengthen our position in the regional market.Your ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and executing the sales strategy for trading and investment products in the UAE and regional marketsBuilding and leading a high-performing sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance managementDriving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing onesDeveloping strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and corporate clientsAdvising clients on trading opportunities and investment strategies in line with their financial goalsMonitoring market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the financial marketsEnsuring high standards in client servicing, sales processes, and business development activitiesWorking closely with management, compliance, and operations teams to ensure regulatory alignment and operational efficiencyRepresenting the company at industry events, networking platforms, and strategic meetingsYour ProfileMinimum 10+ years of experience in financial services sales, preferably within trading, brokerage, or wealth management.Proven experience in the UAE/GCC financial markets is mandatory, with strong exposure to Forex, Bonds and Equities products.
