Job Description
<div><p>We are seeking a Head of Sales to lead and scale the real estate sales function, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing sales organization across residential, mixed-use, and master-planned developments.</p><p>Reporting directly to the Nouzl CEO, this role owns the full sales strategy, go-to-market execution, customer experience, and CRM optimization. The position requires strong exposure to competitive, fast-growth real estate markets and a proven ability to lead large sales teams while closing complex, high-value transactions.</p><h3><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3><h3><b>Sales Strategy&Growth</b></h3><ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with overall commercial and growth objectives.</li><li>Lead market expansion initiatives leveraging experience from high-growth and competitive real estate environments.</li><li>Build go-to-market plans tailored to residential, mixed-use, and master-planned developments.</li><li>Monitor market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitive positioning to continuously refine sales strategy.</li><li>Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closing.</li><li>Drive pipeline performance, forecasting accuracy, and revenue achievement.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, investors, and high-value clients.</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, documentation standards, and real estate regulations.</li></ul><h3><b>Customer Experience&CRM Ownership</b></h3><ul><li>Own and enhance the end-to-end customer journey from inquiry to post-sale.</li><li>Oversee CRM system design, enhancement, and utilization to ensure accurate data, automated workflows, and effective follow-up.</li><li>Drive improvements in lead conversion, response time, and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Ensure a consistent, premium customer experience across all sales touchpoints.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-level sales team (managers, supervisors, and sales executives).</li><li>Set clear performance targets, KPIs, and accountability frameworks.</li><li>Build a high-performance sales culture focused on results, speed, and customer excellence.</li><li>Conduct regular coaching, training, and capability-building initiatives.</li></ul><h3><b>Qualifications&Experience</b></h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, with proven exposure to competitive real estate markets.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in residential, mixed-use, or master-planned developments.</li><li>Strong track record in leading sales teams, managing CRM systems, and closing large-scale transactions.</li><li>Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is essential.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
