Our clients include investors from the UK, Europe, North America and the GCC seeking access to one of the world’s fastest-growing and most resilient property markets.Our firm focuses on strategic advisory rather than traditional brokerage. We guide investors through the entire process of acquiring, structuring and managing property investments in Dubai, including off-plan developments, branded residences and high-yield rental assets.As we continue to expand, we are building a high-performance sales team in Dubai and are seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to lead the brokerage division.Role OverviewThe Head of Sales will be responsible for leading and developing a team of property investment advisors while driving revenue growth across the business. This role requires a strategic leader with deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, strong relationships with developers and the ability to mentor and scale a high-performing sales team.The successful candidate will oversee daily brokerage operations, manage performance targets and ensure the team delivers a high standard of investor advisory.Lead and manage a team of Sales Consultants and Senior Sales ConsultantsSet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targetsDevelop sales strategies aligned with the company growth objectivesMonitor performance metrics including pipeline activity, lead conversion and deal closuresConduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessionsRevenue and Pipeline ManagementOversee the sales pipeline and ensure consistent deal flowIdentify opportunities to increase conversion rates and transaction volumesAnalyse sales data and market trends to optimise sales performanceInvestor EngagementParticipate in high-value client consultations and investor meetingsProvide strategic investment guidance to high-networth clientsSupport the team in closing complex or high-value transactionsTeam DevelopmentRecruit and train new property investment advisorsImplement onboarding and training programsFoster a culture of professionalism, accountability and collaborationRequirementsMinimum 7 years experience in Dubai real estate brokerageProven track record of leading successful sales teamsStrong relationships with UAE developersExcellent negotiation, communication and leadership skillsIn-depth knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations and processesRERA certification preferredCompetitive salary and performance incentivesOpportunity to lead a rapidly growing brokerage teamExposure to international investors and premium property projectsProfessional growth within an expanding real estate advisory firm#J-18808-Ljbffr
