Job Description

<p>We are seeking an<strong>Operations Director</strong>to lead and scale operations for a recruitment and workforce solutions firm delivering talent services across sectors including<strong>Oil&Gas, Energy, Banking&Finance, Healthcare, Construction, Hospitality, IT, Manufacturing, and Sales&Marketing</strong>.</p><p>This role requires a senior professional with strong experience in<strong>recruitment agency operations and business development</strong>, capable of managing recruitment teams, optimizing delivery processes, and contributing to<strong>client acquisition and revenue growth</strong>.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment operations</strong>across multiple sectors</p><p>• Oversee recruitment teams, delivery managers, and operational workflows</p><p>• Drive<strong>team performance, productivity, and hiring delivery targets</strong></p><p><strong>• Ensure client satisfaction and service quality</strong>across key accounts</p><p>• Identify and develop<strong>new business opportunities and client relationships</strong></p><p><strong>• Support sales and marketing initiatives to expand the client base</strong></p><p><strong>• Work closely with leadership to increase revenue and market presence</strong></p><p><strong>• Implement process improvements and recruitment technologies (ATS / automation)</strong></p><p><strong>• Manage operational budgets and cost control</strong></p><p><strong>• Build efficient recruitment delivery models and talent pipelines</strong></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>• 12+ years of experience</strong>in recruitment, staffing, or talent solutions</p><p>•<strong>5+ years in senior operations leadership</strong>within a recruitment agency or workforce solutions firm</p><p>• Proven experience managing<strong>recruitment delivery teams and key client accounts</strong></p><p><strong>• Experience contributing to business development, client acquisition, or sales growth</strong></p><p><strong>• Strong understanding of recruitment operations, staffing models, and delivery performance</strong></p><p><strong>• Ability to manage multi-sector recruitment programs and large hiring mandates</strong></p><p><strong>Package</strong></p><p><strong>• Salary:</strong>AED 40,000 – 45,000 per month</p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
