About the RoleOur clientis seeking a Head of Property & Casualty (P&C) to lead and grow their regional portfolio across the Middle East & Africa. This is a producing role, with a strong focus on business development, market relationships, and technical leadership in complex risk placement.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the commercial growth of the P&C portfolio across MEA marketsMaintain and expand relationships with insurers, reinsurers, and key clientsLead placement strategy for corporate and specialty P&C risksMentor and support the P&C team on technical and market mattersWork closely with executive leadership on strategy, profitability, and positioningRepresent the Companyat industry forums, partner networks, and client engagement.QualificationsProven experience in P&C insurance broking within the MEA region (UAE experience is a must)Strong technical placement expertise across corporate and commercial linesEstablished insurer, reinsurer, and client relationshipsDemonstrated track record of revenue production and business growthStrong leadership, negotiation and communication skillsMust already be based in the UAE#J-18808-Ljbffr
