Head of Project Execution EMEA

<div><p>We are looking for a<b>Head of Project Execution</b>who will be responsible for overseeing the execution teams of complex projects across the EMEA region, ensuring projects are properly staffed and delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while meeting client expectations.</p><p>This role requires strong leadership of cross‑functional local and regional teams, as well as close coordination with HQ teams.</p><h3>Your role in our team</h3><h3>People Leadership</h3><ul><li>Oversee the execution of projects across multiple countries of the EMEA region.</li><li>Ensure that project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met, including monitoring the project lifecycle from initiation to completion.</li><li>Lead coordination of the project teams (engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning and integration) in a matrix organization.</li><li>Implement best practices in project execution, ensuring compliance with local and international standards and regulations.</li></ul><h3>Management and processes</h3><ul><li>Develop and manage detailed project schedules and roadmaps, ensuring smooth execution across regions and teams, always in alignment with Körber Group and BA Supply Chain objectives.</li><li>Identify potential risks to project timelines, costs, and quality, and proactively develop mitigation strategies with coordination with the Project Management Teams.</li><li>Lead the resolution of complex project issues together with the subject matter experts of the PMO, working with partners and external teams to deliver solutions.</li><li>Ensure effective project risk management and reporting, escalating potential impacts and making recommendations for corrective actions. Propose respective mitigation plans.</li><li>Create, plan, and follow up on project roadmaps and milestones.</li></ul><h3>Operational Excellence&Risk Management</h3><ul><li>Facilitate best practices and continuous improvement processes in project execution.</li><li>Foster transparency and usage of NCC and RC management tools.</li><li>Identify underperforming projects, recommend actions and mitigation plans (e.g., corrective measures, escalation).</li><li>Continuous improvement with focus on being better every day.</li></ul><h3>Finance and Budget</h3><ul><li>Responsible for Project Execution / Project Management budget and targets, set in accordance with EMEA regional Management.</li></ul><h3>Legal, health and safety requirements</h3><ul><li>Ensure all requirements with the assistance of the respective Körber AG and EMEA region.</li></ul><h3>Your Profile</h3><ul><li>10 years of experience in Supply Chain management / Intralogistics, Project Execution, strategy and related methodologies.</li><li>Proven track record of managing complex projects across regions or business verticals in multicultural environments.</li><li>Minimum 5 years leadership experience.</li><li>Experience in developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource requirements. (P6, Jira, and digital tools desirable).</li><li>Proficiency in resource management / resource allocation and utilization.</li><li>Profound knowledge in risk and change management.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
