They foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment where operational efficiency, craftsmanship, and timely delivery are key to maintaining their reputation for high-quality construction solutions.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Leads all production activities including planning, cutting, finishing, and on-site installation of imported marble, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality project execution</li><li>Lead and manage the full production cycle of imported marble from receiving to final installation</li><li>Oversee cutting, polishing, and finishing processes to ensure quality standards are met</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery</li><li>Optimize resource allocation, production scheduling, and manpower planning</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and operational protocols</li><li>Analyze production data to identify improvements and reduce costs without compromising quality</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field</li><li>8–10 years of experience in the stone or marble industry with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or supervisory role</li><li>Proven track record of managing production teams, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality work</li><li>Experience in handling imported marble and coordinating with logistics and project teams</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Competitive Salary</li><li>Employee Benefits as per the UAE Labor Law</li></ul><h3>About the company</h3><p>Decision Management Consultants</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
