They foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment where operational efficiency, craftsmanship, and timely delivery are key to maintaining their reputation for high-quality construction solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLeads all production activities including planning, cutting, finishing, and on-site installation of imported marble, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality project executionLead and manage the full production cycle of imported marble from receiving to final installationOversee cutting, polishing, and finishing processes to ensure quality standards are metCoordinate with project managers, site teams, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveryOptimize resource allocation, production scheduling, and manpower planningEnsure strict adherence to safety, quality, and operational protocolsAnalyze production data to identify improvements and reduce costs without compromising qualityRequirementsBachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field8–10 years of experience in the stone or marble industry with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or supervisory roleProven track record of managing production teams, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality workExperience in handling imported marble and coordinating with logistics and project teamsBenefitsCompetitive SalaryEmployee Benefits as per the UAE Labor LawAbout the companyDecision Management Consultants#J-18808-Ljbffr
