We're creating a scalable, data-informed platform that supports day-to-day trade while maintaining strong operational discipline and risk controls.</p><p>We are looking for a Head of Product to lead TradePay's product vision and execution shaping the roadmap, driving delivery, and ensuring the platform serves merchants, suppliers, and internal teams as the business scales.</p><h3>THE ROLE</h3><p>What you'll own here.</p><ul><li>Define and own the product vision and roadmap aligned with company objectives</li><li>Lead product discovery, prioritization, and delivery across core platform workflows</li><li>Partner closely with Engineering, Risk, Operations, Partnerships, and Legal to ship reliable, scalable solutions</li><li>Own product requirements, backlog management, release planning, and delivery qualityLead integrations with external partners and service providers</li><li>Define and drive product and dev operating rituals backlog, PRDs, metrics, release readiness, and post-mortems</li><li>Establish product metrics and reporting to support data-driven decisions</li><li>Design and iterate incentive and engagement mechanisms to improve adoption, retention, and healthy usage with appropriate controls</li><li>Hire, coach, and develop a small, high-performing product team as the company grows</li></ul><h3>How Success Will Be Measured</h3><ul><li>A clear, credible roadmap executed reliably</li><li>Stable delivery across core workflows and partner integration</li><li>Improved adoption, retention, and operational efficiency</li><li>Incentive mechanisms that drive usage while maintaining strong controls</li><li>Solid product processes, team collaboration, and reporting</li></ul><h3>THE PROFILE</h3><p>You're probably a fit if…</p><ul><li>You have 7–10+ years of product experience, including senior leadership roles</li><li>You've built and scaled products in fintech, marketplaces, B2B platforms, or operationally complex environments</li><li>You have a strong understanding of transaction-based systems, workflows, and platform integrations</li><li>You've designed gamification, loyalty, or incentive systems tied to measurable business outcomes – not just engagement metrics</li><li>You can translate business needs into clear product requirements and outcomes without needing someone to hand you a structure</li><li>You're comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and know how to create momentum where there's little</li><li>You communicate well across engineering, operations, commercial teams, and external partners</li><li>Bonus: experience in B2B payments, lending, or working-capital products, FMCG or supply-chain businesses, emerging market product launches, or A/B testing and cohort analysis</li></ul><h3>THE ENVIRONMENT</h3><p>What working here actually looks like.</p><h3>Direct Line to the Top</h3><p>You’ll report directly to the Founder and CEO, with short feedback loops and real influence on company direction from day one.</p><h3>Complex, Real-World Product Building</h3><p>TradePay operates in the real economy – FMCG supply chains, merchant credit, supplier settlements.
