Head Of Precast - Industry Management - Manufacturing - Azizi DevelopmentsRole OverviewThe Head of Precast is responsible for the overall management, operations, and profitability of the precast manufacturing division. The role ensures efficient production planning, quality control, cost management, and timely delivery of precast elements in compliance with engineering specifications, safety standards, and company objectives. The position oversees plant operations, technical coordination, supply chain, and project execution related to precast production.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic plans for the precast division aligned with company objectives.Oversee daily plant operations including production planning, casting, curing, demoulding, and dispatch.Ensure production targets are achieved within budget and timeline.Monitor quality control processes to ensure compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications.Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, QA/QC, Procurement, and Logistics departments.Ensure optimal utilization of plant resources, molds, labor, and machinery.Oversee costing, budgeting, and financial performance of the division.Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.Ensure compliance with HSE standards and local regulatory requirements.Manage client coordination for production schedules and delivery commitments.Lead and mentor production managers, engineers, supervisors, and plant staff.Oversee maintenance planning of plant equipment and machinery.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.Functional Pre-Requisites SkillsStrong knowledge of precast concrete production processes.Understanding of structural drawings and engineering specifications.Knowledge of concrete technology, mix design, and curing processes.Budgeting and cost control expertise.Strong leadership and operational management skills.Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.Knowledge of ERP systems and production planning tools.Educational QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering / Construction Management.
