Job Description

Our client is a long-established, globally regulated financial services group operating across FX, CFDs, commodities, indices, and digital assets. With a strong international footprint and a rapidly expanding user base, the organization is scaling its global marketing function to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across multiple regulated markets.They are seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to lead and scale all paid acquisition efforts, optimize marketing ROI, and drive high-quality trader acquisition across global markets.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading the global performance marketing strategy across all paid channels including Google, Meta, programmatic, affiliate networks, and emerging acquisition platforms, with a strong focus on trader acquisition and deposit-driven growthOwning and optimizing customer acquisition funnels end-to-end, from first touchpoint through to funded accounts and trading activity, ensuring strong conversion and lifetime valueManaging and scaling multi-million dollar marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across channels, geographies, and campaigns based on performance data and ROI metricsDriving data-led decision-making, leveraging analytics tools (e.g., GA4, AppsFlyer, Adjust, internal BI tools) to monitor CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and cohort performanceCollaborating closely with Product, CRM, Sales, and Dealing teams to align acquisition strategies with trading behavior, client segmentation, and retention initiativesOverseeing paid media execution and optimization, including campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding strategies, creatives, and landing page performanceBuilding and managing high-performing internal teams and external agencies, ensuring accountability, performance tracking, and continuous improvementDeveloping and executing A/B testing frameworks across creatives, landing pages, funnels, and messaging to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costsEnsuring compliance with regulatory and platform policies across all marketing activities, particularly in highly regulated financial services marketsIdentifying and scaling new acquisition channels and growth opportunities, including affiliates, influencers, partnerships, and alternative media sourcesDriving localization strategies across key markets to ensure campaigns are tailored to regional behaviors, languages, and regulatory environmentsRequirementsProven experience in a senior performance marketing leadership role within Forex, CFDs, online trading, or closely related financial services environmentsStrong understanding of trader acquisition funnels, including KYC onboarding, deposits, and trading activation metricsDemonstrated success managing large-scale paid media budgets with clear ownership of ROI, CAC, and revenue impactDeep expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic networks, and affiliate ecosystemsStrong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using performance tracking tools, attribution models, and data visualization platformsExperience working in regulated environments, with a clear understanding of compliance requirements across different jurisdictionsAbility to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for executive leadershipProven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and external partnersStrong commercial awareness with a focus on revenue growth, cost efficiency, and scalabilityExperience in multi-region / global campaigns, particularly across MENA, Europe, and Asia is highly preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
