With recent Series B funding, we are expanding rapidly to redefine the physical classroom in Saudi Arabia.About the RoleAs Head of Operations, you will own the end‑to‑end operational performance of our school‑based programs across the country. You will lead a cross‑functional execution engine that connects product design, curriculum delivery, tech platforms, people, and physical infrastructure into a seamless student and teacher experience.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage daily operations across all Tracks programs, ensuring smooth scheduling, resource allocation, platform execution, and staffing.Lead the execution rhythm for school and regional teams, tracking performance and resolving blockers in real time.Monitor school‑level metrics and dashboards to guarantee on‑time, high‑quality delivery across academic, logistical, and experience dimensions.Design and run a Project Management Office (PMO) to deliver cross‑functional initiatives related to Tracks operations.Manage the delivery roadmap for launches, pilots, process improvements, and system upgrades in partnership with product, learning, and platform teams.Serve as the central operations lead connecting Product, Learning, Platform Operations, Experience, Schools, and Facilities.Build trusted relationships with all counterparts and ensure clear information flow and aligned priorities.Identify and eliminate operational pain points, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.Develop and roll out playbooks, SOPs, checklists, and operational cadences for scaling across regions and formats.Desired QualificationsProven experience leading operations or high‑complexity service delivery in education, EdTech, or operations‑heavy environments.Strong track record building and managing cross‑functional operating systems.Deep experience running a PMO or managing large‑scale initiatives with accountability for delivery.Familiarity with PM tools such as Gantt charts, OKRs, retrospectives, and issue‑tracking systems.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.Cross‑team collaboration skills across Product, Academic, Tech, and Delivery domains.Proficiency in using AI tools to optimize workflows and design tailored solutions.High ownership mentality and problem‑solving ability, thriving under pressure and ambiguity.Why Work at NoonOwn execution at scale—lead the heartbeat of a national education network.Operate across product, education, and delivery with autonomy to shape how things get done.Grow with speed and purpose—tackle meaningful, fast‑moving problems with real‑world impact.Be part of a transformation—reimagine how schools in Saudi Arabia operate, scale, and deliver joy.BenefitsIn addition to a competitive base salary, we offer:Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Performance‑based bonus21 days of annual leaveFull premium medical coverage, including family dependentsJob DetailsJob code: EX‑8F02942BJob type: Full‑timeLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaExperience level: Advanced (5‑10 years)#J-18808-Ljbffr
