The Operations Head will oversee end-to-end supply chain and logistics functions, including procurement, vendor coordination, distribution planning, and inventory management. The role requires ensuring product availability while addressing logistical and operational challenges within the regional market. The position involves collaborating with the finance department on budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure cost efficiency and profitability. The candidate will monitor operational performance indicators and implement strategies to improve productivity and business outcomes. Leadership responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams across operations, supply chain, merchandising, production, hygiene, and business development. The role requires fostering a culture of accountability, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.
