Job Description
Coco Curls is a fast-growing digital-first beauty brand rooted in community sustainability and joyful self-expression. Since launching in 2020 weve become Pakistans fastest-growing haircare company. Now as we expand into new categories and international markets were building the infrastructure to support the next phase of our growth.Were looking for a Head of Operations to take ownership of our end-to-end operational infrastructure and help us scale efficiently across new markets and product lines.TasksLead all day-to-day operational functions including fulfillment, logistics, warehousing, procurement and order managementBuild and manage SOPs, systems and workflows that support our growth across multiple regions and product categoriesOversee last-mile logistics and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery to customers and retail partnersCollaborate with finance, product and supply chain teams on inventory planning, order forecasting and vendor coordinationIdentify and solve for bottlenecks in our operational processes; champion continuous improvementEnsure compliance with regulatory, tax and import/export requirements in the UAE and other target marketsPartner with the customer experience team to ensure exceptional post-purchase service and issue resolutionSet and monitor KPIs for operational efficiency, cost control and service level performanceBuild strong relationships with external partners including warehouses, logistics providers and customs agentsSupport new market launches with seamless operational planning and executionLead and grow a high-performing operations team with clear goals, accountability and a strong cultureRequirements8 years of operations or supply chain management experience, preferably in beauty, personal care or FMCGExperience leading operations in a high-growth, digitally native or omnichannel businessProven ability to design and scale operational systems that balance efficiency and flexibilityDeep understanding of logistics, warehousing, inventory management and fulfillmentComfortable using tools like ERP systems, shipping platforms and dashboards to manage operationsHighly organized, execution-focused and proactive in problem-solvingStrong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage internal teams and external vendorsExperience working in or with GCC markets is preferredFluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is strongly preferredBased in (or willing to relocate to) Dubai with flexibility to travel when neededBenefitsCompetitive compensation and performance-based incentivesA high-impact leadership role in a fast-growing mission-led beauty brandA collaborative, inclusive and fast-paced team environmentOpportunity to shape the companys global operations and supply chain strategyA key role in the Dubai HQ team with room to grow as we scaleIf youre ready to build operational excellence behind a fast-growing purpose-led beauty brand wed love to hear from you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
