David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a Head of MENA. Position: Head of MENALocation: Dubai - RemoteEmployment type: Full-timeRemuneration: base salary DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead the setup and licensing of regional operations in compliance with local financial regulations.Develop and execute strategies for market entry business growth and long-term expansion.Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders regulators and industry players.Drive business development initiatives including client acquisition onboarding and retention.Recruit mentor and manage local teams to support business operations and growth.Monitor market trends competition and regulatory developments to ensure compliance and competitiveness.Represent the company as a primary point of contact in the region strengthening brand presence and visibility.Collaborate with global leadership to align regional strategies with overall company objectives. REQUIREMENTS:Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.Proficiency in Arabic would be considered an advantage. Proven experience in establishing and managing financial services operations in regulated markets.Strong background in business development sales and market expansion within financial services (experience in Forex and/or Equities is preferred).Deep understanding of financial regulatory frameworks and licensing processes.Established network of industry relationships within the region.Demonstrated leadership ability with experience building and managing diverse teams.Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
