Elaris is a multi-branch beauty salon group in Dubai and part of Persian Horizon Holdings.We are hiring a Head of Marketing to lead the brand’s marketing strategy and commercial performance across our salon portfolio, including luxury flagship locations and premium branches.***Mandatory experience in beauty salons, aesthetic clinics, beauty brands, or the wellness industry***Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead Elaris brand strategy, positioning, and tone of voiceManage the full marketing team including brand, content, design, social media, video, PR, and performance marketingLead seasonal and cultural marketing campaigns relevant to the marketOversee paid media campaigns (Meta & Google Ads) to drive bookings and revenueDrive organic growth across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and WhatsApp communitiesOwn PR and influencer strategy, including partnerships, events, and collaborationsOversee CRM marketing and retention campaignsMonitor marketing performance and support branches in achieving daily and monthly revenue targetsManage marketing budgets and external agenciesRequirements6+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in a senior leadership roleExperience managing marketing teams of 5+ peopleStrong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketingExperience with CRM marketing and automation platformsProven experience in PR and influencer marketingStrong understanding of Dubai’s multicultural audienceCompetitive senior leadership salary packagePerformance-based incentives linked to revenue growthOpportunity to lead marketing for a multi-branch beauty brandHigh autonomy and direct collaboration with leadershipCareer growth within a growing luxury beauty group#J-18808-Ljbffr
