OverviewJob Code: 326/001/211Industry: ConsultingJob Brief:The Head of Marketing will be responsible for leading the overall marketing function, driving business growth, strengthening brand presence, and supporting customer acquisition and retention across all channels. This is a senior leadership role that requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong team leadership to deliver measurable marketing outcomes in both B2B and B2C environments.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals, vision, and growth plans.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a results-driven and collaborative culture.Oversee the performance marketing function and ensure lead generation and acquisition targets are consistently achieved.Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content, email, events, social media, and brand initiatives.Manage brand positioning, messaging, and ensure consistency across all marketing and communication platforms.Collaborate closely with sales, product, and other internal teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment (ROI).Track, analyse, and report key marketing performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and overall marketing performance.Build and maintain relationships with media partners, industry influencers, and strategic partners to enhance brand visibility.Drive public relations, communications, and thought leadership initiatives to strengthen market positioning.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role.Proven hands-on experience managing both B2B and B2C marketing strategies.Strong expertise in performance marketing, lead generation, and demand generation.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, SEO/SEM tools, and marketing automation platforms.Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.Note: The original content included references to visiting a jobs page and social media channels.
