Job Description
Position Title:Head of ManufacturingEmployment Type:Full TimeSalary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location:Sharjah, UAEAbout the Client:A trusted manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging for FMCG and pharmaceutical industries based in SharjahJob Description:Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across UAE sites with full P&L accountability, driving production, engineering, and maintenance performance.Spearhead Lean transformation, OEE optimization, waste reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with FSSC, ISO, safety, and customer standards, strengthening operational discipline and governance.Oversee SAP integration, capex projects, plant expansions, and build strong second-line leadership to support the next five-year growth agenda.Qualifications:10 years in manufacturing (10+ years in senior leadership), ideally in Rigid Plastic Packaging, with multi-site experience.Strong background in Lean, OEE, Kaizen, and process discipline (Six Sigma Black Belt preferred).Proven SAP-led shop-floor digitization and system adoption (mandatory).Hands-on, execution-driven leader with a track record of building high-performance teams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
