ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the Life Insurance strategy aligned with overall commercial and financial objectivesDrive sustainable growth of the Life Insurance portfolio across individual and group segmentsIdentify new market opportunities and expand distribution channels to increase market penetrationLead development and enhancement of life insurance products including protection, savings, and investment-linked offeringsOversee underwriting governance, risk acceptance standards, and portfolio performanceWork closely with Actuarial and Reinsurance teams on pricing models and risk retention strategiesSupport distribution channels including Agency, Bancassurance, Brokers, and Digital platformsDevelop sales strategies, campaigns, and provide technical support to distribution teamsManage Life Insurance P&L and monitor KPIs including sales growth, persistency ratios, claims, and profitabilityContribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planningEnsure compliance with U A E Central Bank regulations and applicable insurance lawsCollaborate with internal stakeholders including Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations, IT, and Actuarial teamsManage relationships with external stakeholders including reinsurers, brokers, and regulatorsLead, mentor, and develop the Life Insurance team, fostering a high-performance cultureRequirementsMinimum 12–15 years of experience in the insurance industryAt least 5 years in a senior leadership role within Life InsuranceProven experience in life insurance product development, underwriting, and portfolio managementStrong exposure to multi-channel distribution environmentsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, or related fieldProfessional qualifications such as ACII, FLMI, or equivalent are preferredAdvanced knowledge in actuarial or insurance management is an added advantageStrong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skillsN ative Arabic speakers are required (fluency in Arabic is mandatory)Candidates must currently be working with or have prior experience in leading insurance/reinsurance organizations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
