Head of Internal Shari'ah Control | Financial Services | Orient Takaful PJSCOrient Takaful is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Head of Internal Shari'ah Control to lead and manage the Company's Shari'ah supervision and governance function in coordination with the Internal Shari'ah Supervisory Committee (ISSC).RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Islamic Shari'ah or a relevant specializationProfessional certification in Shari'ah supervision and/or Takaful insurance from a recognized Islamic finance body (e.g., AAOIFI, CIBAFI)Minimum 10 years of experience in Islamic financial institutionsAt least 5 years of experience in Shari'ah supervision within Takaful insurance companiesExcellent command of English and ArabicRole SummaryEnsure full Shari'ah compliance across products, operations, and practices, providing guidance in line with ISSC resolutions and approved standardsStrengthen internal Shari'ah control frameworks and governance structuresLiaise closely with the Internal Shari'ah Supervisory CommitteeCommunicate ISSC resolutions to the Internal Shari'ah Control Division, Internal Shari'ah Audit Division, and other relevant departments across the CompanyAdditional Internal InformationReports to: Internal Shari'ah Supervision CommitteeBand: GInternal Application GuidelinesYou must have been an Al-Futtaim employee for at least 18 months in order to be considered.You must inform your HRBP in confidence of your application.#J-18808-Ljbffr
