Head of Home Service – Beauty Industry

<div><p>We are building a home service vertical in Dubai from the ground up.</p><p>This role is for someone who has already done it — not someone who wants to learn how.</p><p>You will be responsible for launching, structuring, and scaling a fully operational home service unit across beauty and massage.</p><h3>Who we are looking for</h3><p>We are looking for an operator with direct, hands‑on experience in running home services in Dubai someone who understands both the commercial and operational realities of the market.</p><h3>You should have:</h3><p>Proven experience launching or managing a home service business (beauty, wellness, or similar)</p><p>Deep understanding of Dubai’s customer behavior, pricing sensitivity, and demand cycles</p><p>Existing access to a network of technicians (nails, hair, massage) who can be activated quickly</p><p>Experience managing scheduling, routing, and dispatch in a live environment</p><p>Strong control over pricing, margins, and commission structures</p><p>This is a build‑and‑execute role, not a coordination role.</p><h3>Mandatory experience</h3><p>Minimum 5+ years managing a women’s salon in Dubai</p><p>Direct involvement in home service operations</p><p>Demonstrated ability to build and deploy teams quickly, including assembling a 5-person specialist team within 30 days</p><p>Proven ability to launch and execute live services within 60 days</p><p>Strong commercial awareness (unit economics, pricing, retention)</p><h3>Not suitable for</h3><p>Candidates with only salon floor or branch management experience</p><p>Profiles without real exposure to home service logistics</p><p>Candidates relying on hiring through job portals to build teams</p><p>Those who prefer structured environments over building from zero</p><h3>What you get</h3><p>Full ownership of the home service vertical</p><p>Marketing budget and demand generation support</p><p>Operational and technical infrastructure</p><p>Performance‑based compensation directly tied to profitability</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
