<div><p><b>Job Title:</b>Head of Finance<b>Location:</b>Riyadh, KSA (Head Office)<b>Monthly Salary:</b>30,000 SAR + Benefits<b>Reports to:</b>Chief Executive Officer (CEO)</p><h3><b>Role Purpose</b></h3><p>As the Head of Finance, you will be the strategic financial partner to the CEO and the Board. You will design and oversee the financial models, risk frameworks, and analytical tools necessary to drive prudent decision-making across our farming, processing, and logistics business units.</p><h3><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li><b>Strategic Advisory:</b>Conduct feasibility studies for new investments, calculate ROI, and provide the Board with transparent, timely data on the companys financial health.</li><li><b>Financial Operations:</b>Oversee an annual budget of<b>SAR 100M</b>and sales revenue of<b>SAR 110M</b>, ensuring optimal utilization of cash and credit.</li><li><b>Risk&Compliance:</b>Maintain the corporate risk register, ensure 100% statutory compliance, and manage relationships with external auditors and government agencies.</li><li><b>Team Leadership:</b>Lead and mentor a team of 7, including the Accounting Manager, ensuring localization (Nitaqat) targets are met and skills are continuously enhanced.</li><li><b>External Partnerships:</b>Cultivate high-level relationships with banks and lending organizations to maximize subsidies and investment opportunities.</li><li><b>Internal Controls:</b>Establish and communicate robust SOPs across all functional areas including Payables, Receivables, Budgeting, and Taxation.</li></ul><h3><b>Requirements</b></h3><ul><li><b>Education:</b>Bachelors degree in Business/Finance + Professional Certification (CA, CFA, or CIMA is mandatory).</li><li><b>Experience:</b>Minimum 10 years in Finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role and 3 years within the Food or FMCG industry.</li><li><b>Competencies:</b>Exceptional business acumen, leadership, and the ability to influence key decision-makers at the Board level.</li><li><b>Language:</b>Professional fluency in English; strong analytical and communication skills.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
