Head of Finance

Our client, a leading FinTech organisation, is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead the full finance function of its regulated entity. This is a senior leadership role responsible for financial governance, financial reporting, and operational finance excellence.Key Responsibilities:Oversee IFRS-compliant financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)Ensure full compliance with ZATCA and statutory requirementsManage lending, payments, safeguarding, and settlement finance operationsPartner with relevant stakeholders on consolidation, budgeting, and forecastingStrengthen internal controls, risk management, and ERP optimisationLead and develop the finance teamProfile:10 to 15 years’ progressive finance experienceStrong background in lending/financing businessesExperience within SAMA-regulated entitiesProven leadership capability within regulated financial servicesIf you are ready to lead this finance function with a growing organization, we would love to hear from you!#J-18808-Ljbffr
